基于软质材料的微型电动车设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 在国家大力发展新能源汽车的大环境下,电动汽车、电动摩托车、电动自行车等新能源交通工具逐渐走进人们的日常生活。在市场的催动下,电动自行车现在中国的保有量非常高,但因为相关的法律法规不够健全,造成了整体杂乱无章的局面。针对这种现状,本设计将对象锁定在行驶在非机动车道上的微型电动车,以设计出全新的并且符合国家相关法律规定的微型电动自行车为目标。文章从实际背景开始,引出研究的问题:在新电动自行车通用技术条件(新国标)的相关规定下,设计出轻量化、安全、美观而且可以为驾驶人员和乘坐人员提供全天候驾驶环境的新型微型电动车,并将此设计定义为电动自行车,满足非机动车道的相关行驶规定。之后基于材料的创新性使用,经过对轻质材料的调研分析,最终确定以软质车身材料作为主要的设计元素。文章最后部分为整个的设计流程,本设计旨在以软质车身材料的使用为基础,设计出一款可折叠、并且能为驾驶人员提供全天候驾驶环境的,同时又满足国家相关规定的新型微型电动车。 With the development of new energy vehicles in our country,electric cars, electric motorcycles,electric bicycles and other new energy vehicles gradually into people's daily lives. In the market pushed,the electric bike is now very high in our ownership,but because the relevant laws and regulations are not sound enough, resulting in the overall chaotic situation. In view of this situation,it would be locked in with design objects in a non-motor vehicle lane mini electric cars,in order to design a new and comply with relevant national laws and regulations of miniature electric bikes as the goal. Articles starting from the actual background,leads to research questions: the relevant provisions of the new General Electric Bicycle conditions forthcoming (the new national standard),the design of the lightweight,safe,beautiful and for the driver and occupants to provide all-weather driving environment The new micro-electric vehicles,and this design is defined as electric bicycles,non-motorized vehicles to meet the relevant travel regulations. After based on innovative use of materials,through research and analysis of lightweight materials. Finally I choose the soft material as the main design element. Finally,part of the entire design process, the design is intended to use the soft body material basis,design a foldable,and can provide all-weather driving environment for the driver,but also to meet the relevant national provisions of the new miniature electric vehicles.
