基于老年人情感需求的产品设计策略研究 被引量:6

摘要 在人口老龄化问题愈演愈烈的背景下,老年人群体不断壮大;科技发展日新月异,而大多数老年人无法快速掌握新兴产品的使用方法,由此造成的问题也更为凸显。基于以上问题,本文选取南京市老龄化最严重的鼓楼区,结合实地调研与文献数据对当前老年人日常生活中饮食起居方面,体力活动与认知方面以及医药健康方面等进行定性分析,发现老年人学习认知新鲜事物的阻力大、容易产生孤独情绪等问题,以及社会保障服务不完善的问题。基于以上问题提出基于情感关怀的老年产品设计策略,并以此为据对现有的优秀老人产品进行分析。 Under the background of population aging problem becoming more and more serious,the elderly group is growing. The problem is compounded by the rapid development of technology and the inability of most older people to quickly learn how to use new things. Selection based on the above situation,the aging of Nanjing Gulou,the worst combination of field survey and literature data on the current old people daily life diet,physical activity and cognition as well as the medical health and so on carries on the qualitative analysis,points out that the resistance of the cognitive learning new things,can easily produce lonely mood,pay attention to preserve one's health problems,and imperfect social security services,etc.;Based on the above questions,an elderly product design strategy based on emotional care is proposed, and the existing excellent elderly products are analyzed based on this.
