This paper analyzes the application of Zhu Xian Town's woodcut New Year paintings in modern design by studying the color and composition of Zhu Xian Town's woodblock New Year pictures. By excavating the artistic characteristics of Zhu Xian Town's woodcut New Year pictures,the language of folk art is analyzed from various angles,and the essence of folk art is drawn from it for use in contemporary art design.
