摘要
目的针对我国城市公园的绿化特点,设计一款高效的城市公园绿化修剪设备。方法通过实地考察公园绿化带情况,分析环境特征,确定产品功能;并通过网络资料搜寻,获取修剪对象的相关规范,研究分析机械结构的可行性;并分析现有产品的结构特性以及所存在的不足,为后续设计提供资料参考以及理论支撑。结论整个设计从使用环境、作用对象、设备功能、设备造型这四个方面进行研究,针对公园环境来设计与之相应的功能以及造型。
According to the characteristics of urban park greening in China,an efficient urban park greening pruning equipment was to be designed.Through investigating the green belt of the park,and analyzing the environmental characteristics and the product functions was be determined. Through searching the network data,and obtaining the relevant specifications of pruning objects,practicability of the mechanical structure was be analyzed.The structural characteristics of existing products and their deficiencies were analyzed,in order to provide reference and theoretical support for subsequent design.The whole design is carried out from the four aspects of using environment,action object,equipment function and equipment modeling. The corresponding functions and modeling are designed according to the park environment.
