针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理中的应用分析

Application analysis of targeted nursing in perioperative nursing of renal calculus and laser lithotripsy

目的:研究肾结石患者钬激光碎石术围手术期护理效果。方法:选取本院60例肾结石患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各30例。对照组使用常规围手术期护理;观察组在对照组基础上加用针对性护理。观察两组干预效果。结果:观察组治疗效果、护理满意度、并发症发生率均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肾结石患者采取钬激光碎石术时,应用针对性护理的围手术期护理可以显著提高患者的临床疗效,降低并发症的发生率,从而提高患者对护理人员护理的满意程度。

Objective:To study the perioperative nursing effect of holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with kidney stones.Methods:Sixty patients with renal calculi in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care;the observation group received targeted care.Observe the effects of the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect,nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing with targeted care for holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with kidney stones can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,thus inproving the patient's satisfaction with nursing staff.
