On the Core Functions and Realization Pathways of After-School Education in China

摘要 校外教育的核心功能随着社会历史的发展而嬗变,其与学校教育的关系大致经历了从属延伸、延伸补充、功能分离、补充并举和协同并重等阶段。随着人们对校外教育多元化、个性化和高质量需求的扩大,校外教育必须与时俱进,寻找自身在新时代的明确定位,使其彰显育人、服务、协同和衔接功能。校外教育核心功能的实现需要加强师资建设,发挥育人功能;推进理念更新,提升服务功能;优化资源整合,发展协同功能;健全组织管理,完善衔接功能;以期推动我国教育事业健康和持续发展。 The function of after-school education is along with the development and evolution of social history. And its relationship with the school education has undergone a subordinate extensions, extension supplement, functional separation, simultaneous supplement and cooperative education stage, etc. With the expansion of after-school education diversification, individuation and high quality demand, it must keep pace with the times to find them in a clear positioning of the new era, and manifest its function on education, service, coordination and cohesion function. The realization of the core function of after-school education needs to strengthen the construction of teachers and exert the function of education;promote concept updating and improve service function;optimize resource integration and develop collaborative functions;improve the organization and management, improve the cohesion function, in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s education.
