摘要
基于MMC(模块化多电平换流控制技术)的电能质量综合治理智能系统装置,其成果在铁路配电网中首次应用,综合集成技术水平达到国内领先,社会效益和经济效益显著。其主要性能和技术经济指标优于国内同行业系统技术参数,MMC补偿装置并联于电网中,相当于一个可控的无功电流源,主要技术亮点是能够根据负载的变化,实时跟踪检测系统无功和谐波变化进行自动补偿,能够实现容性无功和感性无功的自动补偿,对系统中任何波动的响应时间小于5ms,能够有效地滤除19次以下的谐波电流,确保系统安全可靠地运行,解决铁路供电系统负荷波动带来的无功波动,进而影响到系统电压和功率因数的波动问题,解决了长距离的电缆敷设带来的充电功率对系统的影响。
Based on MMC (modular multilevel converter control technology),the power supply network power quality comprehensive control intelligent system device,its achievements in the first application of railway distribution network,comprehensive integration technology level has reached the domestic leading,social and economic benefits.Its main performance and technical parameters,technical and economic index is superior to the domestic industry system MMC in parallel compensation device in power grid,equivalent to a controlled reactive current source,the main technical point can be according to the variation of load,the real-time detection and tracking system for automatic compensation of reactive power and harmonic change,can achieve capacitive reactive power and perceptual reactive power automatic compensation,in any form of system dynamic response time is less than 5 ms,can effectively filter out harmonic current under 19 times,to make sure that the system can operate safely and reliably, solve the railway power supply system load fluctuations of reactive power,Then it affects the fluctuation of voltage and power factor of the system and solves the influence of charging power brought by long-distance cable laying on the system.
