海洋核动力平台核级数字化仪控设备鉴定通用要求研究

The Research on the General Requirements for the Qualification of I&C of Marine Nuclear Power Platform

随着对海洋资源利用的需求与日俱增,海洋核动力平台逐渐受到重视,设备鉴定技术是保障海洋核动力平台安全经济运行的必要技术手段。由于中国尚无海洋核动力平台设计、建设、运营等经验,在海洋核动力平台核级数字化仪控系统设备鉴定领域处于空白。结合现有成熟陆上核电站核级I&C设备鉴定要求和中国船级社(CCS)形式认可要求,对海洋核动力平台核级I&C设备鉴定的通用要求进行了分析和说明,为后续平台设备鉴定相关工作提供技术参考。

With the increasing demand for marine resources,marine nuclear power platforms have been paid more and more attention.Equipment qualification is a necessary technical means to ensure the safe and economic operation of Marine nuclear power platforms.Since China has no experience in design,construction and operation of Marine nuclear power platforms,there is a blank in the field of equipment qualification of digital instrument and control(I&C) system of Marine nuclear power platform. Combined with the existing requirements of nuclear I&C System equipment qualification for mature nuclear power plants and the requirements of China Classification Society (CCS) type test,the general requirements of nuclear I&C equipment qualification for Marine nuclear power platforms are analyzed and explained,which can provide technical reference for the subsequent work of platform equipment qualification.
