导波雷达测量方式在9FA燃机余热锅炉上的应用与优化

Application and Optimization of Guided Wave Radar Measurement Method in 9FA Gas Turbine Waste Heat Boiler

针对导波雷达液位计测量水位与汽包实际水位存在偏差这一现象,进行水位补偿。通过计算汽包实际水位与导波雷达液位计测量水位之间的关系,结合压力、温度等条件运用MarkⅥe组态软件进行补偿计算,实现水位偏差补偿计算方案。

For the phenomenon of the deviation between the water level measured by the guided wave radar water-level meter and the actual water level of the steam drum,We compensate for the water level.By calculating the relationship between the actual water level of the steam drum and the water level measured by the guided wave radar,then combining pressure、temperature and other conditions,We use Mark Ⅵe configuration software to achieve compensation calculations,and finally realize the water level deviation compensation calculation scheme.
