生血方穴位贴敷联合化疗对脾肾两虚型晚期胃癌患者骨髓抑制的影响

Effect of acupoint application of Shengxue prescription combined with chemotherapy on bone marrow suppression in patients with advanced gastric cancer of spleen-kidney deficiency

目的 观察生血方穴位贴敷联合化疗对脾肾两虚型晚期胃癌患者骨髓抑制的影响。方法 将68例脾肾两虚型晚期胃癌患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。治疗组34例予生血方穴位贴敷联合化疗治疗;对照组34例予利可君片联合化疗治疗。2组化疗疗程均21d,其余治疗疗程均15d。比较2组治疗前后白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)及血红蛋白(Hb)分级变化;比较2组治疗前后Karnofsky(KPS)评分变化;比较2组骨髓抑制发生率及骨髓抑制发生时间。结果 2组数据经Ridit分析,治疗组治疗后WBC、PLT及Hb分级均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后KPS评分较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗组骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组骨髓抑制发生时间晚于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 生血方穴位贴敷联合化疗对脾肾两虚型晚期胃癌化疗后骨髓抑制临床疗效确切,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application of Shengxue prescription combined with chemotherapy on bone marrow suppression in patients with advanced gastric cancer of spleen-kidney deficiency type. Methods 68 cases of advanced gastric cancer with spleen-kidney deficiency type were divided into two groups according to random number table method. 34 cases in treatment group were treated by acupoint application of Shengxue prescription combined with chemotherapy. 34 cases in control group were treated by Likejun tablet combined with chemotherapy. The course of chemotherapy was 21 days in both groups and 15 days in the others. The changes of white blood cell count (WBC), platelet count (PLT) and hemoglobin (Hb) grade before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The changes of Karnofsky (KPS) score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The incidence of bone marrow depression and the time of bone marrow depression were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, through Ridit analysis, WBC, PLT and Hb levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the KPS score in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment ( P <0.05), and was higher than that in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). The incidence of bone marrow depression in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05), and the occurrence time of bone marrow depression in the treatment group was later than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application of Shengxue prescription combined with chemotherapy is effective and safe for bone marrow suppression in advanced gastric cancer with spleen-kidney deficiency type after chemotherapy.
