摘要
基于2005-2016年省际面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型对全国及东中西部地区有色金属产业全要素生产率进行测算,结果表明,中部地区全要素生产率最高,东部次之,西部地区最低。从全要素生产率的分解看,技术进步在东中地区全要素生产率增长中作用明显;技术进步和技术效率对西部地区作用均不明显。采用动态面板模型对全要素生产率影响因素进一步研究,发现研发投入和要素禀赋结构对3个地区都产生显著正向影响,利用外资对东部地区产生正向影响,市场结构对西部地区产生正向影响。
Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 2005 to 2016, the DEA-Malmquist index model was used to measure the total factor productivity of the non-ferrous metals industry in the whole country and the eastern, central and western regions. The results showed that the total factor productivity of the central region was the highest, followed by the eastern region and the western region. From the perspective of the decomposition of total factor productivity, technological progress plays an important role in the growth of total factor productivity in the eastern and central regions;technological progress and technical efficiency are not significant for the western region. Using the dynamic panel model to further study the factors affecting total factor productivity, it is found that R&D investment and factor endowment structure have a significant positive impact on the three regions. The use of foreign capital has a positive impact on the eastern region, and the market structure has a positive impact on the western region.
