摘要
研究型大学是世界各国科技创新,知识经济发展的主要阵地,而跨学科学术组织是各研究型大学突破传统学科壁垒开拓新学术领域的主要方法与手段。文章以组织理论的视角分析跨学科学术组织发展的现实困境并试图从学术组织内部学科文化差异和学术组织外部制度环境的运行结构两个方面提出了发展对策。
Research universities are the main positions of science and technology innovation and knowledge economy development in the world. Interdisciplinary academic organizations are the methods and means for each research university to break through the traditional discipline barriers and open up new academic fields to break through innovation. The article analyzes the practical dilemma of interdisciplinary academic organization development from the perspective of organizational theory and attempts to propose development countermeasures from two aspects: the disciplinary cultural differences within the academic organization and the operational structure of the external institutional environment of the academic organization.
