摘要
某核电厂发生了SEC泵连续排气管线上的截止阀阀杆断裂,阀芯掉落导致连续排气管线堵塞.为了防止类似事件重复发生,对断裂的阀杆分别进行化学成分分析、宏观检查、金相检验等进行失效原因分析,并提出了后续改进意见.提高了设备可靠性,对同类机组的阀门设计制造具有参考意义.
In a nuclear power plant,the globe valve stem on the SEC pump continuous exhaust pipeline was broke,the valve core falling caused the continuous exhaust pipeline s blocking.In order to prevent the recurrence of similar events,chemical composition analysis,macroscopic inspection,metallographic examination,etc.were done to the broken stem,and the suggestions for subsequent improvement were put forward.The reliability of the equipment is improved,and it is of reference to the design and manufacture of valves of the same type of units.
