摘要
CAP1400核电技术是在引进的 AP1000三代核电技术基础上消化吸收、再创新研究开发出具有自主知识产权的第三代核电机组[1].国内首次建造的大型先进压水堆CAP1400核电站SC结构采用分层构造,每层结构存在着差异.SC结构现场安装采用分层分块就位工艺无法满足现场进度及质量需求.采用模块化施工工艺[2,3],在地面拼装成组合/整圈模块,借助大型起重机连接相应的吊装工装实现各组合模块的高空就位.通过理论分析和模拟试验相结合的方式对SC结构8~17层整圈模块的吊装施工方法进行论证分析,引入有限元对SC结构整圈模块吊装工装进行设计和分析[4],确定吊装工装合理结构和吊点选择,保证SC结构吊装施工有效实施.
The 3rd-generation nuclear power CAP1400with ownintellectual property rights which is digested,absorbed,researched and developed on the basis of the introduced AP1000 nuclear power technology.SC structure in shielding building of CAP1400 nuclear power plant constructed for the first time adopts layered steel plate-concrete wall,and there are differences in each layer structure.Field mounted this structure adopt the perching method of non-uniform layers and blocks,which cannot content the requirements of on-site progress and quality.Adopting this construction technology of Adopting this construction technology of modularization can assemble the assembly/whole circle module on the ground.With the help of heavy lift connecting the corresponding lifting tooling,which can realize the High-altitude positioning of each module.theoretical analysis and simulation test,this paper demonstrates and analyzes the hoisting construction method of SC structure 8-17 layer circle module,introduces FE method to design and analyze SC structure circle module hoisting tooling,determines the reasonable structure of hoisting tooling and selection of hoisting point,and ensures the effective implementation of SC structure hoisting construction.
