摘要
中国实验快堆(CEFR)长期运行过程中,蒸汽发生器传热管水侧的腐蚀是影响设备传热性能的主要问题,为确保CEFR在规定的运行限值和条件内运行,需要制定科学可行的化学清洗方案.本实验以俄罗斯化学清洗方案为基础,分别进行有效性试验和安全性试验,试验考虑不同EDTA浓度、pH、清洗时间、清洗温度对化学清洗效果的影响,同时对比了EDTA铵盐和EDTA钠盐在优化后条件下的清洗安全性、有效性以及钝化膜的耐腐蚀性.优化后的配方除垢率可达到90%,腐蚀速率约为3g/m2 h.
In the long-term operation of CEFR,chemical corrosion on the water side of steam generator heat transfer tubes are the main problem affecting the heat transfer performance of equipment.In order to ensure the safe operation of CEFR within the specified operating limits and conditions,a scientific and feasible chemical cleaning scheme needs to be developed.Based on the Russian chemical cleaning scheme,the effectiveness test and safety test were conducted respectively,taking into account the effects of different EDTA concentrations,pH,cleaning time and cleaning temperature on the chemical cleaning effect.Meanwhile,the cleaning safety,effectiveness and corrosion resistance of the passivation film of EDTA ammonium salt and EDTA sodium salt under optimized conditions were compared.The descaling rate of the optimized prescription can reach 90%,and the corrosion rate is about 3 g/m 2 ·h.
