摘要
本文针对SPMT小车性能以及上部组块的特点,设计了通用型强的抬梁结构。主要阐述了运输抬梁设计的原则,使用方法,使用时关键注意事项。并对运输抬梁设计工况进行重点分析,并以建造工况为例给出了运输抬梁进行强度校核的分析步骤和校核方法。此抬梁设计方法和结构形式可以作为类似项目的参考。
In view of the structure of topside blocks and the performance of SPMT (SELF-PROPELLED MODULAR TRANSPORTER),a universal transportation support is designed based on the characteristics of topside blocks.An introduction to the design rules,the use method and the matters need attention of the support is made in detail.And the design working conditions of the support is specially analyzed.The construction condition is studied,which produces the analysis procedures and checking method of the support strength.This design method and structure of the support could be a reference for similar project.
