本文在选定航线的条件下,从物流总成本角度出发,采取有无对比的方法,对费用支出、运输时间、能耗等指标进行测算,最终确定黄骅港开通客滚运输的腹地范围。

In view of the selected route,Huanghua Port is determined to be the hinterland for passenger and ro-ro transportation by computing and comparing the expenditure,transportation time,energy loss and other indexes based on total logistic cost.
