摘要
滩涂围垦施工常位于潮间带处,且此处淤泥强度较低、具有流塑性,承载力无法满足机械施工。本文介绍了一种可快速形成具有承载力硬壳层的原位固化工艺,分析了其在潮间带施工的适用性。并以海沧围堰地基固化工程作为实例,具体分析了原位固化施工工艺及其施工过程中的控制重点,确定了施工参数控制方法,并对固化强度进行检测分析。同时,对原位固化的工艺优化进行了探讨,为后续工艺改进提出了新思路。
Shoal reclamation is often constructed within intertidal zone,which is characterized with low silt strength and flow plasticity.Its bearing capacity cannot meet the requirement of mechanical construction.An in-situ consolidation technology can be used to produce a crust lying on soft base rapidly,which has higher bearing capacity,thus its applicability for intertidal zone construction is analyzed.Based on Haicang cofferdam foundation consolidation project,the key control points of the in-situ consolidation technology are analyzed in detail in order to determine the control method of construction parameters,test the consolidation strength,and discuss the optimization of the in-situ consolidation technology.The research results will provide a new idea for subsequent technological improvement.
