保元养心汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛65例临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Using Baoyuan Yangxin Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of 65Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的:观察保元养心汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年05月~2018年05月我院收治的65例冠心病心绞痛患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=32),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予保元养心汤治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、中医症候评分、SAQ评分。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为87.50%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组躯体活动受限程度评分、心绞痛稳定状态评分、心绞痛发作情况评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗满意程度评分及疾病认识程度评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保元养心汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果显著,可有效缓解症状,提高生活质量及机体功能,减少心绞痛的发作。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Baoyuan Yangxin Decoction combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:65 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into controlled group(n=33)and observation group(n=32).The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Baoyuan Yangxin Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and SAQ score of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical activity limitation,stable state of angina pectoris and attack of angina pectoris in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05),and the scores of treatment satisfaction and disease awareness score were no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of angina attacks in the observation group was less than that in the controlled group,and the duration of attacks was shorter than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baoyuan Yangxin Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.It can effectively relieve symptoms,improve the quality of life and body function,and reduce the incidence of angina pectoris.
