中医综合疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折与手术治疗的疗效比较

Comparison of Applying Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy and Surgical Operation in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures

目的:观察对比中医综合疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折与手术治疗的疗效。方法:利用随机选取法选取我院2014~2016年骨科收治的桡骨远端骨折患者106例,并分成治疗组中医综合疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折和对照组手术治疗各53例。结果:治疗2个月后,治疗组患者的伤口愈合速度、骨折恢复等情况明显优于对照组,且切口感染率远远比对照组低(P<0.05)。此外,与对照组相比,治疗组患者的疼痛、活动度、肌力等具有明显优势(P>0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折有着良好的临床疗效,且更加有利于帮助患者促进骨折愈合和功能恢复等情况,临床上宜大力推广。

Objective:To compare with the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and surgical operation on distal radius fractures.Methods:106 patients diagnosed as distal radius fractures were randomly selected in our hospital during 2014 to 2016.They were divided into treatment group of 53 cases with TCM comprehensive therapy and controlled group of 53 cases with surgical operation.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the treatment group of patients with wound healing,fracture recovery were significantly faster than the controlled group,and the incision infection rate was far lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the controlled group,the treatment group of patients with pain,activity,muscle strength had obvious advantages(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying Traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of distal radius fractures has a good clinical effect,and it is more conducive to help patients to improve their wound healing,fracture recovery,prevention of infection and so on,so the clinical should be vigorously promoted.
