自制方剂直肠滴注治疗对混合痔术后肛门坠胀的影响

Effect of Self-made Prescription Proctoclysis on Anal Pendant Expansion after Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

目的:观察自制方剂直肠滴注治疗对混合痔术后肛门坠胀的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院接受自制方剂直肠滴注联合治疗(观察组)及复方角菜酸酯栓直肠给药联合微波治疗(对照组)的混合痔术后肛门坠胀患者各52例临床资料。记录两组临床疗效及肛门坠胀消除时间、术区愈合时间差异,并比较两组治疗前及治疗7天后肛门坠胀主要症状积分、疼痛严重程度[数字疼痛评分法(NRS)]、身心健康情况[自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)]差异。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且其肛门坠胀消除时间、术区愈合时间均较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗7天后,两组肛门坠胀主要症状积分及NRS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),SRHMS评分则较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组变化幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制方剂直肠滴注对混合痔术后肛门坠胀治疗效果显著,能有效缓解临床症状,并促进术区修复,于改善患者身心健康有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of self-made prescription proctoclysis on anal pendant expansion after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods:The clinical data of each 52 patients with anal pendant expansion after mixed hemorrhoids surgery who were given self-made prescription proctoclysis(observation group)and compound carraghenates suppositories combined with microwave therapy(controlled group)were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical efficacy,elimination time of anal pendant expansion and healing time of operation area were recorded in the two groups.The main symptoms scores of anal pendant expansion and the severity of pain[numeric rating scale(NRS)]and physical and mental health[self rated health measurement scale(SRHMS)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 7 days of treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),and the elimination time of anal pendant expansion and the healing time of operation area were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the main symptoms scores of anal pendant expansion and the NRS score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SRHMS score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the changes in the observation group were greater than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made prescription proctoclysis has significant effect on anal pendant expansion after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,and it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and promote the repair of operation area.And it has a positive effect on improving the physical and mental health of patients.
