中医治疗功能性消化不良的疗效机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Functional Dyspepsia

功能性消化不良(functional dyepepsia,FD)是临床常见病和多发病,在我国有较高发病率,严重影响着患者的健康和生活。现代医学治疗FD起效明显,但停药后易复发。近年来中医的辨证论治、单方验方、中药提取物、中西药联用等成为FD研究的热点。因此,进一步探讨中医药治疗FD的相关机制具有重要临床意义。

Functional dyepepsia(FD)is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice.It has a high incidence of disease in China,which seriously affects the health and life of patients.Modern medical treatment of FD has obvious effects,but it is easy to relapse after discontinuation.In recent years,TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,single prescription and prescription,Chinese medicine extract and combined use of Chinese and western medicine have become the focus of FD research.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to further explore the related mechanism of TCM treatment of FD.
