中医延伸护理在非手术治疗肠梗阻患者中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Extended Care in Patients with Non-surgical Treatment for Intestinal Obstruction

目的:探讨中医延伸护理在非手术治疗肠梗阻患者中的应用方式并观察对其院外康复情况的影响。方法:选择我科2013年1月至2018年1月收治的非手术治疗肠梗阻患者128例,采用电脑随机分组,分为对照组及实验组各64例,对照组进行普通出院告知,定期随访,实验组在此基础上予中医延伸护理干预,通过自行设计的问卷了解患者在护理干预前后对肠梗阻知识的掌握以及患者自护能力的改善。结果:出院后12个月,两组患者的知识合格率、自护能力均显著提高(P>0.05),且实验组提高幅度显著优于对照组,有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组患者经延伸护理后院外复发、再入院率均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医延续护理干预应用在肠梗阻非手术治疗患者的院外康复过程中能有效提高患者自我管理能力,缓解焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,改善其生活质量,有利于患者身体康复,减少疾病的复发率及再入院率。

Objective:To explore the application of TCM extended care in patients with non-surgical treatment for intestinal obstruction and self-management ability outside hospital.Methods:128 patients with intestinal obstruction treated by non-surgical therapy in our department from January 2013 to January 2018 were randomly divided into controlled group and treatment group,with 64 cases in each group.Routine discharge guidance were showed to the controlled group and TCM extended care was given to the treatment group.12 months later,all of them completed a detailed questionnaire designed to measure knowledge of disease and self-care ability.Results:The knowledge of ileus,self-care ability and recurrence rate have been improved(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the controlled group obviously(P<0.05).And the treatment group’s relapse rate decreased significantly compared with the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM extended care can effectively improve patients’knowledge of ileus,self-care ability and alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve their quality of life,facilitate patients’physical recovery,reduce the recurrence rate of ileus and re-admission rate after leaving the hospital.
