两种管材的简易喷淋系统对比试验研究

Comparative test on the simple sprinkler system of two pipeline

针对老旧小区、自建房、出租房等场所设置的简易自动喷水灭火系统开展实体试验,测试三丙聚乙烯管和薄壁不锈钢管简易灭火系统的灭火效果。结果表明,薄壁不锈钢管道简易自动喷水灭火系统在火灾中自身性能稳定,没有受到火灾的破坏,及时控制并成功扑灭了火灾。PPR管道简易灭火系统不能及时控制火灾,造成火势扩大,楼梯间温度不断升高,系统管道自身被高温炙烤破坏。

Aiming at the simple auto sprinkler system in old neighborhoods,self-built houses and rented houses,full-scale test was carried out,to test the fire extinguishing effect of PPR pipe and thin-walled stainless steel pipe simple fire extinguishing system.Results showed that the thin-walled stainless steel pipe simple sprinkler system is stable in fires,won't be damaged by the fire,and can control and successfully extinguish the fire in time.PPR pipe simple sprinkler system can't control the fire on time,the fire will expanse,the temperature in the staircase will increase,and the pipe will be damaged by high temperature roasting.
