摘要 对LA133粘结剂应用于锂离子电池电极制备的实验条件进行了摸索,主要考察了水性粘结剂LA133在应用于锂离子电池电极制备时总体混浆比例、水的用量、烘干温度和烘干时间等参数对锂离子电池循环性能的影响。结果表明,使用LA133粘结剂的最优实验条件为:活性物质、导电碳黑、LA133的配比为80:10:10,当活性物质使用量为0.2g时,水加入量为700μL,涂膜后电极片在110℃条件下烘干3h。 The experimental conditions for preparation lithium-ion battery electrode with LA133 binder are studied. The influences of parameters such as the ratio of active substance, conductive carbon black and LA 133, the amount of water added, the drying temperature and the drying time on the cycle performance of lithium-ion battery electrodes are investigated. The results show that the optimum experimental conditions for preparation of lithium ion battery electrodes with LA 133 binder are as follows: the ratio of active substance, conductive carbon black and LA133 is 80:10:10;when the amount of ac-tive substance is 0.2g, the amount of water added is 700μL;after the film coating, the as-prepared electrode sheet is dried at 110℃ for 3 hours.
