摘要
本实验旨在研究石墨烯对水性涂料的防腐性。选择不同种类石墨烯,经过表面处理剂和超声分散,通过莱卡显微镜观察其分散效果,选择合适的分散方法,结合盐雾试验,找出最佳的用量,制备出防腐性能水性环氧磷酸酯涂料。研究发现涂层破坏前採用低导电率石墨烯(G-3),用量为1%时,其防腐性能最佳。
This experiment aimed to study the preservative properties of graphene on waterborne coatings. Different types of graphene were selected. After surface treatment agent and ultrasonic dispersion, the dispersion effect was observed through Leica microscope. A suitable dispersion method was selected. Combined with salt fog test, the best dosage was found, and a water-borne epoxy phosphate coating with antiseptic properties was prepared.The findings showed that when graphene was used with low conductivity, the dosage was 1 %,its antiseptic performance is the best.
