本文首先分析与探讨目前不动产登记信息管理基础平台所面临的困难问题,为了能够更好地顺应信息技术水平的发展需求,对其系统建设、数据管理、信息服务三个方面构建新的管理模式,进而改变传统不动产信息登记、传递和定期更新的服务管理模式,为不动产登记信息管理基础平台建构新的工作模式献计献策。

This paper analyzes problems faced with the basic platform of real estate registration information management. In order to better meet the development demand of information technology, this study constructs a new management mode in terms of system construction, data management and information service, which will then change the traditional real estate information registration, delivery and regular update of the service management model and offer better ideas for the infrastructure platform.
