麒麟丸联合戊酸雌二醇治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症的临床研究

Clinical study of Qilin pill combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of infertility due to thin endometrium

目的探讨麒麟丸联合戊酸雌二醇治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症时临床效果。方法118例子宫内膜薄型不孕症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各59例。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用麒麟丸治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜类型情况、雌激素(E2)水平,妊娠情况。结果治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度厚于治疗前,子宫内膜A型占比、E2水平均高于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组总有效率96.6%高于对照组的83.1%,子宫内膜厚度(0.79±0.19)mm厚于对照组的(0.62±0.16)mm,E2(520.27±60.82)pg/ml高于对照组的(490.05±51.43)pg/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的妊娠率高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麒麟丸联合戊酸雌二醇治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症患者,能有效增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫内膜类型,提高E2浓度及临床妊娠率,减少早期流产率,在临床中值得应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical improvement of Qilin pill combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of infertility due to thin endometrium.Methods A total of 118 infertile patients due to endometrium thin as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the experimental group was treated with Qilin pill on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on treatment effect, endometrial thickness,endometrial types and estrogen (E2) before and after treatment,pregnancy status between the two groups.Results After treatment,both groups had thicker endometrial thickness than those before treatment,and higher proportion of endometrial type A and E2 than those before treatment.Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental had higher total effective rate as 96.6% than 83.1% in the control group,and thicker endometrial thickness as (0.79±0.19) mm than (0.62±0.16) mm in the control group,and higher E2 as (520.27 ±60.82) pg/ml than (490.05±51.43) pg/ml in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The experimental group had higher pregnancy rate and lower abortion rate than those of the control group.Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Qilin pill combined with estradiol valerate can effectively increase the thickness of endometrium,improve the type of endometrium,increase the concentration of estradiol valerate,improve the clinical pregnancy rate,and reduce the early abortion rate of infertile patients due to thin endometrium.It is worthy of clinical application.
