预见性护理对接受静脉采血体检者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of predictive nursing on patients receiving venous blood collection for physical examination

目的观察实施预见性护理对接受静脉采血体检者的效果。方法140例接受静脉采血的体检者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。观察组体检者在静脉采血中实施预见性护理,对照组体检者在静脉采血中实施常规护理。观察比较两组体检者相关不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组体检者的穿刺点按压血肿、穿刺点按压瘀斑及晕厥发生率分别为2.86%、4.29%、1.43%,均明显低于对照组的11.43%、14.29%、11.43%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=3.8769、4.1551、5.8185,P=0.0490、0.0415、0.0159<0.05)。观察组体检者的护理满意度为97.14%(68/70),明显高于对照组的78.57%(55/70),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.3152,P=0.0008<0.05)。结论对接受静脉采血的体检者实施预见性护理,可以有效预防相关不良反应的发生,提高体检者的护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing on patients receiving venous blood collection for physical examination.Methods A total of 140 patients receiving venous blood collection for physical examination as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The observation group received predictive nursing during venous blood collection,and the control group received conventional nursing during venous blood collection.The occurrence of related adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in two groups was observed and compared.Results The observation group had obviously lower incidence of hematoma,ecchymosis at puncture point and syncope respectively as 2.86%,4.29% and 1.43% than 11.43%,14.29% and 11.43% in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant (χ^2=3.8769,4.1551,5.8185,P=0.0490,0.0415,0.0159<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction as 97.14%(68/70) than 78.57%(55/70) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=11.3152,P=0.0008<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing in patients receiving venous blood collection for physical examination can effectively prevent the occurrence of related adverse reactions and improve the nursing satisfaction of physical examinee.
