摘要
乡村教师的专业成长关系着全国农村的教育质量,是国家深化基础教育改革不可回避的重要问题。建设一支自主学习能力强,校本教研活动专业化、常态化开展,又有着本土专家的梯队型乡村教师队伍是乡村教师专业成长的核心。"送教下乡"培训承担着提升乡村教育质量的重要功能和促进乡村教师专业发展的重要使命,应服务于整个乡村教师队伍的建设要求。在新时期,如何创新"送教下乡"培训的模式,构建乡村教师可持续性专业发展的新体系迎来了新的机遇和挑战。
The professional growth of rural teachers is related to the quality of education in rural areas across the country. It is an important issue that cannot be avoided in the country’s deepening of basic education reform. It is the core of the professional growth of rural teachers to build a team of rural teachers who have strong independent learning ability, specialization and normalization of school-based teaching and research activities, and local experts. The training of"going to the countryside"bears the important function of improving the quality of rural education and the important mission of the professional development of rural teachers.It must serve the construction requirements of the entire rural teachers. In the new era, how to innovate the "teaching to the countryside" training model and build a new system for rural teachers’ sustainable professional development has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.
