摘要
名师培养中构建了基于教育思想凝练的省内外多个基地融合的"五段式"名师培养模式。以凝练教学思想、塑造教学风格为核心,以课题研究为抓手,以成果为导向,以个性化为指向,以系统化为方向,拓展了专业知识,提高了专业能力,提升了学术素养,实现了名师发展质的飞跃。
In the training of distinguished teachers, a "five-stage" teacher training model integrating multiple bases in Jilin and other provinces is constructed. Focusing on teaching thoughts and shaping teaching styles, taking research subject as the starting point and expected results as the orientation, focusing on individualization and taking systemization as the direction, this model has achieved a leap in cultivating distinguished teachers in terms of expanding professional knowledge, improving professional ability and improving academic quality.
