摘要
骨干教师是教师队伍中的一支特殊群体,在中小学教师群体中发挥着示范、引领、辐射的作用,抓好骨干教师队伍建设对提升教师队伍的整体素质具有重要作用。本文旨在明晰中小学骨干教师培养目标定位,遵循"专家引领与自主研修相结合、个体学习与团队研修相结合、理论研习与实践探索相结合"的原则,具体采取多种路径助推骨干教师专业成长。
The key teachers are a special group in the teaching team. They play a role of demonstration, guidance and radiation in the group of primary and secondary school teachers. It is important for the construction of the backbone teachers to improve the entire teaching team. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the orientation of the training of key teachers in primary and secondary schools, and to take a variety of paths to help the backbone of teachers grow professionally followed the principle of combination of expert guidance and independent training, combination of individual learning and team training, theoretical study and practical exploration.
