本文首先阐释了基层党团建设一体化模式的内涵及重要意义,详细分析了高校基层党团建设一体化的现状和存在的主要问题,并从实现党团思想文化建设的一体化、实现党团各个组织建设的一体化、实现党团制度体系建设的一体化三个维度论述了基层党团建设一体化方向,进而分别从切实发挥党委引导的积极作用、注重党团之间的政治理论学习、构建党团组织管理体制三个维度,提出了基层党团建设一体化模式的构建路径。以期更好地对共青团成员实施思想引导,加强他们的实践体验,提高广大学生的思想境界,切实推动共青团思想工作的顺利开展。

Based on the perspective of building a hierarchical and classified work system for college students of the Communist Youth League, this paper first expounds the connotation and significance of the integration model of grass-roots party and League construction, and analyses in detail the current situation and main problems of the integration of grass-roots party and League Construction in Colleges and universities.
