皂苷元在远志不同部位的含量分布及其动态变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究应用HPLC法对远志不同器官和不同发育时期皂苷元含量分布及其随季节的动态变化进行了分析、比较。研究结果表明:(1)远志皮部(次生韧皮部)、根木质部、茎、叶、花以及种子中都含有皂苷元,其在皮部含量最高,其它部位含量依次为叶>种子>茎>花>根木质部。(2)皮部皂苷元的含量1月份最低,之后升高,6月末达最高(1.447 5%),7月份急剧下降,之后又呈上升趋势,9月以后逐渐下降;根木质部中皂苷元含量变化规律与次生韧皮部基本类似,但其含量在8月最高;其地上部分皂苷元积累趋势是展叶后先升高后降低,8月后又上升,其中5月末达峰值。该研究结果可为皂苷元在远志中最大限度的收集提供指导性的实验依据。 In this paper, the distribution of senegenin content in different organs and different developmental stages of Polygala tenuifolia and its dynamic changes with seasons were studied by HPLC method. Results showed that the cortex of Polygala tenuifolia (secondary phloem), root xylem, stem, leaf, flower and seed all contained senegenin. The highest content appeared in periderms and phloems, and the content of other parts from high to low was leaf>seeds>stems>flowers>root xylem. It was also indicated that the content of senegenin in periderms and phloems was the lowest in January, then gradually increases, reaching the highest at the end of June (1.447 5%), sharply decreasing in July, then increasing again, and decreasing after September;The content of senegenin in root xylem was similar to the existence in periderms and phloems, but its content reached the highest in August. The accumulation tendency of the above-ground part of senegenin was increased first and then decreased after the leaf was spread, and then increased after August. The end of May was the maximum. The results of this study can provide a guiding experimental basis for the maximum collection of senegenin in Polygala tenuifolia.
