自然低温对3种亚热带观赏植物耐寒生理指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Natural Low Temperature on Cold-resistance Physiological Indexes of Three Subtropical Ornamental Plants

摘要 为研究木本曼陀罗、金边假连翘和双荚决明3种亚热带观赏植物在西安地区的耐寒性,以主茎干为试验材料,测定自然低温下各项生理指标的变化,并综合评价3种植物的耐寒性。结果表明:在整个试验过程中,随着自然低温的持续,木本曼陀罗和双荚决明中可溶性糖含量有所增加,金边假连翘整体呈下降趋势;双荚决明中可溶性蛋白含量先上升再下降,最后上升,木本曼陀罗和金边假连翘呈下降趋势;脯氨酸含量整体呈单峰变化;丙二醛(MDA)大量积累;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈整体上升趋势;木本曼陀罗中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随温度变化明显,双荚决明和金边假连翘先升高后降低。运用隶属函数法对3种亚热带观赏植物的耐寒性进行综合评价,结果说明耐寒性强弱顺序为:双荚决明>金边假连翘>木本曼陀罗。本研究结果今后在西安地区的引种驯化及园林应用提供理论参考。 In order to study the cold resistance of three subtropical ornamental plants in Xi'an, including Brugmansia arborea, Duranta erecta 'Golden Edge' and Cassia bicapsularis, the changes of physiological indexes in the test material of main stemwere determined under natural low temperature, and comprehensively evaluat the cold resistance in three species of plants. The results showed that the soluble sugar content in Brugmansia arborea and Cassia bicapsularis increasedwith the continuing natural low temperature during thewhole experiment,while that in Duranta erecta 'Golden Edge' decreased. The soluble protein content in Cassia bicapsularis increased at first, then decreased, and increased at last, while that in Brugmansia arborea and Duranta erecta 'Golden Edge' decreased. The proline content changed in a single peak and MDA content massively accumulated. The activity of SOD and POD all showed an overall upward trend.. The activity of CAT changed sensitively with the temperature changing in Brugmansia arborea, while that in Duranta erecta 'Golden Edge' and Cassia bicapsularis increased at first, and then decreased. The cold resistance of three subtropical ornamental plants were evaluated comprehensively by subordinate function method, and it was found that the order of cold resistancewas Cassia bicapsularis > Duranta erecta 'Golden Edge'> Brugmansia arborea. The results will provide theoretical reference for introduction and garden application of Brugmansia arborea, Cassia bicapsularis and Duranta erecta 'Golden Edge' in Xi'an.
