摘要
以五水合硝酸铋[Bi(NO3)3· 5H2O]、氢氧化钠(NaOH)、草酸(H2C2O4· 2H2O)和氢碘酸(HI)为原料,采用水热法制备棒状Cx-Bi2O3,再通过原位处理法制备α-Bi2O3/BiOI复合物,使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对样品进行表征。以罗丹明B为目标污染物,研究不同BiOI含量对α- Bi2O3/BiOI复合物光催化性能的影响。结果表明,当HI与α-Bi2O3物质的量比为1:5时,所制备的α-Bi2O3/BiOI复合物具有最好的光催化性能。
Using bismuth nitrate PentahydrateIBi(NO3)3 · 5H2O], sodium hydroxide (NaOH), oxalic acid (H2C2O4· 2H2O) and hydroiodic acid (HI) as raw materials, rod-like a-Bi2O3 is prepared by hydrothermal method, and then α-Bi2O3/BiOI composite is prepared by in situ treatment. The samples are analyzed by X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The effects of different BiOI contents on the photocatalytic properties of α-Bi2O3/BiOI composites are studied with Rhodamine B as the target pollutant. The results show that when the molar ratio of HI to α-Bi2O3 is 1:5, the prepared α-Bi2O3/BiOI composite has the best photocatalytic performance.
