紫甘蓝色素的提取及对羊毛纤维的染色性能 被引量:5

摘要 研究了紫甘蓝色素的提取工艺,并分别以直接法和媒染法用紫甘蓝色素提取液对羊毛织物进行染色。探讨了温度、时间、食盐用量及染浴pH值对羊毛织物K/S值的影响;用金属离子AP为媒染剂进行媒染染色,探讨了媒染染浴PH值、媒染剂用量、媒染温度对染色效果的影响。天然紫甘蓝的浸提法优化工艺为:采用 70%的乙醇作为浸提剂,提取温度60℃,提取时间90min。紫甘蓝色素对羊毛直接染色的优化工艺为:PH值为4,MaCl质量浓度8 g/L,染色温度80 T:,时间70 min。以金属离子AP为媒染剂,后媒染染色的效果最佳,其优化工艺为:AlCl3质量分数为4%(omf),媒染染浴pH值为4,温度90℃。 Extraction process of natural purple cabbage pigment is studied, and then is applied to wool dyeing. The effects of temperature, time, salt dosage and bath pH value on the K/S value of wool dyeing are discussed. The effects of bath pH value, mordant dosage and mordant temperature on the dyeing ef fect are discussed with metal ion Al^3+ as a mordant. The results show that the optimum extraction tech nology of natural purple cabbage is as follows: extraction at 60℃ for 90 min with 70% ethanol as an ex- tractant. The optimum process for wool direct dyeing with purple cabbage is: pH value of 4, NaCI dosage of 8 g/L, dyeing at 80℃ for 70 min. The optimum process of mordant dyeing with metal ion A lw is post mordant dyeing at 90℃ with AICI3 4%(omf) and pH value of 4, and the mordant dyeing effect is better.
