羊毛衫树脂法抗起毛起球工艺优化 被引量:3

摘要 采用蛋白酶对羊毛织物预处理后,添加三种具有成膜性的树脂和交联剂进行抗起毛起球整理。试验表明:正硅酸乙酯TY-G08整理剂较聚氨酯F0401整理剂具有更好的成膜连续性,抗起球效果显著;加入交联剂A-187或异氰酸酯后,成膜明显变厚,但抗起球效果下降。 The wool fabric is pretreated with protease, three film-forming resins and cross-linking agent are added for finishing. The results show that the tetraethyl orthosilicate TY-G08 agent has better film forming continuity than the polyurethane F0401 agent, and the anti-pilling effect is remarkable. Howev er, after the addition of the crosslinking agent A-187 or isocyanate, the film formation becomes signifi- cantly thicker and the anti-pilling effect is lowered.
