纺织产品印染工段水足迹模块化核算方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 在纺织品的印染加工过程中,由于生产工序链复杂,物料种类繁多,企业管理粗放,造成印染工段水足迹核算工作量庞大。基于模块化理论,建立模块化水足迹单元,对纺织品印染工段复杂多样的生产工艺链进行模块化分解;对单元水足迹模块编码,构建单元水足迹模块数据库;通过数据库相同编码的单元水足迹模块的调用与积木式的组合拼装,从而计算出特定纺织产品印染工段水足迹值。结果表明,纺织产品模块化水足迹核算方法可以快速、简便地解决数目庞大且品种繁多的印染纺织品水足迹核算问题。 In dyeing and finishing process of textiles, due to the complicated production chain, a wide va riety of materials and extensive management of the enterprise, the water footprint accounting work of the dyeing and printing sections is huge. Based on the modularization theory, a modular water footprint unit is established to modularize the complex and diverse production chain of the textile printing and dyeing section. The unit water footprint module is coded to build the unit water footprint module data base. The water footprint value of the printing and dyeing section of a specific textile product is calculat ed by selecting and combining a limited number of modules in the database. The results show that the method can solve the problem of water footprint accounting of a large number and variety of printing and dyeing textiles quickly and easily.
