粗钨酸钠溶液深度脱磷工业试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 钨酸钠溶液除磷对制取合格仲钨酸铵产品至关重要。以工业钨酸钠溶液为原料,研究了除磷剂用量、余碱浓度、加料方式等因素对钨酸钠溶液除磷的影响。结果表明,在除磷剂为2倍理论量,余碱浓度为15 g/L,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为1.5 h的条件下,钨酸钠溶液的除磷率达到98%以上。此外,试验结果还表明,可以将结晶母液与钨酸钠溶液混合,利用其所含的余碱来调节除磷体系的pH值,以降低碱量的消耗。本试验研究结果可以为工业上钨酸钠溶液深度除磷优化工艺参数提供理论指导。 Phosphorus removal from sodium tungstate solution is very important to produce qualified ammonium paratungstate products.Using industrial sodium tungstate solution as raw material,the effects of dephosphorizing agent dosage,residual alkali concentration and feeding methods on dephosphorization of sodium tungstate solution were studied.The results show that the dephosphorization rate of sodium tungstate solution is over 98%when the dephosphorizing agent is 2 times the theoretical amount,the residual alkali concentration is 15 g/L,the reaction temperature is 75℃and the reaction time is 1.5 h.In addition,the test results also show that the crystallization mother liquor can be mixed with sodium tungstate solution,and the residual alkali contained in the mother liquor can be used to adjust the pH value of the phosphorus removal system to reduce the consumption of alkali.The experimental results can provide theoretical guidance for optimizing technological parameters of deep dephosphorization of sodium tungstate solution in industry.
