SnO2粒度对AgSnO2触头材料性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用粉末冶金法制备了6种SnO2粒度的无掺杂AgSnO2和AgSnO2/La2O3两种触头材料,研究了SnO2粒度对两种AgSnO2触头材料物理性能和电接触性能的影响。结果表明,当SnO2粒度分别为1 000 nm和500 nm时,无掺杂AgSnO2和AgSnO2/La2O3两种触头材料的硬度适中,导电率较大,接触电阻和燃弧能量均较小且较稳定。通过选择合适的SnO2粒度,可改善AgSnO2触头材料的性能。 Undoped AgSnO2 and AgSnO2/La2O3 contact materials with six kinds of SnO2 particle sizes were prepared by powder metallurgy,and the influence was studied of SnO2 particle size on physical properties and electrical contact properties of the two kinds of AgSnO2 contact materials.The results show that when SnO2 particle sizes are 1 000 nm and 500 nm,respectively,both the undoped AgSnO2 and AgSnO2/La2O3 materials have moderate hardness,high conductivity,small and stable contact resistance and arc energy.The properties of AgSnO2 contact materials can be improved by selecting appropriate SnO2 particle size.
