摘要
地下工程中顶管顶进施工,会给地表和周边建(构)筑物带来不利影响,其正面附加推力、掘进机和后续管节与土体之间的摩擦力在邻近桩基上引起的附加荷栽是引起不利影响的主要原因。结合上海长宁临空园区地下人行通道工程,通过对超大顶管近距离侧穿桥桩的数值模拟和顶进控制研究,提出合理的施工方案和必要的保障措施。施工中地表、桥桩承台以及管线的变形均符合控制要求。
During pipe jacking in underground engineering, the additional thrust of the cutter head, and the additional load on the adjacent piles resulting from the friction between the shield machine and ground and that between pipe and ground will bring the adverse effects to the ground surface and surrounding structures. Combined with the pedestrian underpass project in Shanghai Changning Linkong Zone, a numerical simulation of super-large pipe jacking through bridge piles in short distance was conducted. And the proper construction scheme and necessary safeguard measures were proposed based upon the numerical simulation and pipe jacking control study. The deformations of surface, pile cap and pipeline during construction met the control requirements.
