摘要
盾构机在掘进过程中会产生刀具磨损,及时、安全、快速更换磨损刀具是大型盾构施工中的技术难题。结合苏通GIL综合管廊工程,分析了盾构机刀盘转速、地层贯入度、刀具硬度对刀具磨损的影响规律,给出了换刀时间建议值;总结了刀具检查和更换原则,分析了系统的常压换刀技术以及风险控制的方法。这可为类似工程施工提供可靠借鉴。
Cutter abrasion will occur during tunnelling of shield machine. Timely, safe and rapid replacement of worn cutter is a challenge in large shield tunnelling construction. Based on the Sutong GIL Utility Tunnel Project, it analyses the impact of cutter head speed, stratum penetration and cutter hardness on cutter abrasion, and gives the recommended time for cutter change. The cutter inspection and replacement principles are summarized, and the systematic technology of cutter replacement under atmospheric pressure and risk control method are given. This can provide a reliable reference for similar projects.
