城市轨道交通建设工程投资中,地下车站工程的建设费用占到整条线路工程费用的30%~40%。结合哈尔滨轨道交通2号线一期工程地下车站工程建设,分析了地下车站工程土建造价的组成及影响因素,为哈尔滨后续拟建的轨道交通线路的投资决策提供参考和借鉴。

The construction cost of station accounts for 30% to 40% of construction cost of the whole rail transit line. Taken the first phase project of Harbin Rail Transit Line 2 as an example, the construction cost component of civil works of underground station and influential factors are analysed, which can provide a reference for the investment decision-making of planned rail transit line in Harbin.
