冠心病合并慢性肾脏疾病患者的治疗现状及进展

Current therapy status and advances for coronary heart disease with chronic kidney disease

冠心病(coronaryheartdisease,CHD)合并慢性肾脏疾病(chronickidneydisease,CKD)患病率逐年升高,其远期生存率显著低于普通人群.合并CKD的CHD患者的治疗已经成为心血管临床医师所面临的一个巨大挑战.目前对于这类患者的治疗有可以参考的专家共识,但在其中一些方面仍存在争议,现作一综述,希望为临床工作提供一定的参考.

The incidence of coronary artery disease (CHD) with chronic kidney disease (C K D ) is increasing year by year and the long-term survival of CHD with CKD is significantly lower than those without CKD. Treatment of the CHD with CKD has become a huge challenge for cardiovascular clinicians. At present, there are some expert consensus in the treatment of the CHD with CKD. But some questions are still being debated. The article reviews the current status and the debates o f the treatment of the CHD with CKD in order to provide some references for clinical work.
