摘要
喹诺酮类(quinolones)药物是一类人工合成的抗菌药,在世界范围内广泛应用于细菌感染所引起的感染性疾病的治疗。该类药物具有抗菌、抗结核、抗疟疾、抗病毒等多种活性,一直是药物研究与开发的一大热点。然而,随着喹诺酮类药物的广泛临床应用,其所引起的不良反应和耐药性也在快速增长。本文就喹诺酮类药物的发展历程、作用机制、药动学、不良反应及耐药性等方面信息作一综述,以期为临床用药提供指导。
Quinolones are synthetic antibacterial drugs that been widely used in the treatment of infectious diseases caused by bacterial infections worldwide.They have many activities such as antibacterial,anti-tuberculosis,anti-malarial,anti-viral,etc.,and they have always been a hot spot in drug research and development.However,with the wide clinical application of quinolones,the adverse reactions and drug resistance caused by them are also growing rapidly.This paper provides an overview of the development history,mechanism of action,pharmacokinetics,adverse reactions and drug resistance of quinolones,to provide a reference for the clinical use of quinolones.
