重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶在痤疮治疗中的临床应用

Clinical application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of acne

目的观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶用于痤疮治疗的疗效及安全性。方法将91例Ⅲ级痤疮患者随机分为2组。对照组口服异维A酸及罗红霉素进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶。治疗6周后观察2组的痤疮综合分级系统(global acne grading system,GAGS)评分、有效率及不良反应,对比其疗效。结果治疗组的GAGS评分的下降,皮损数量的减少及有效率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的不良反应明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶可有效提高治疗效率,减少系统用药引发的一些不良反应。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of acne. Methods 91 acne patients with grade Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with isotretinoin and roxithromycin,while the treatment group was treated the same except for a combination with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel.GAGS score,effective rate and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups at 6 weeks of treatment. Results The decrease of GAGS score,the decrease of skin lesions and the effective rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and reduce some adverse reactions caused by systemic administration.
