北京水利医院2018年依替米星专项处方点评分析

The analysis of etimicin specific prescription in 2018 from Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital

目的通过处方点评,促进依替米星临床合理用药。方法通过对北京水利医院2018年1—10月门急诊依替米星处方进行专项点评,分析临床用药合理性。结果使用依替米星处方共计729张,其中不合理处方508张,处方不合格率69.68%。主要是适应证不适宜、遴选药品不适宜、老年患者用药剂量不合理、联合用药不适宜等。结论依替米星的使用存在比较严重的不合理现象,建议医院加强对依替米星临床用药的监督以及合理用药知识的培训。

Objective To promote the rational use of etimicin in clinic through prescription review.Methods Through special comments on etimicin prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments of Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital from January to October in 2018,the rationality of clinical medication was analyzed.Results Totally 729 prescriptions of etimicin were used,of which 508 were unreasonable and the rate of unqualified prescriptions was 69.68%.The main reasons are inappropriate indications,unsuitable selection of drugs,irrational dosage for elderly patients,and inappropriate combination of drugs.Conclusion There are serious unreasonable phenomena in the use of etimicin.It is suggested that hospitals should strengthen the supervision of etimicin in clinical use and the training of rational drug use knowledge in order to improve the rationality of drug use.
