基于空间句法分析的福州烟台山乐群路历史风貌区保护性更新

A Study on the Protective Renewal of Historical Area of Lequn Road,Yantai Mountain,Fuzhou City Based on the Space Syntax

福州烟台山作为福州传统木构架建筑和近现代建筑二者间的过渡,地块内分布有着较多宝贵的历史建筑。以烟台山乐群路为研究对象,运用空间句法的理论,通过连接值、整合度两个指标对现状、围墙开放大门、围墙完全开放进行定量分析,通过相关数据以及实地调研得出如下结论,烟台山现状空间可达性较差,但易于进行空间塑造;乐群路两侧建筑可以通过不同渗透方式保护更新以及活化。烟台山内依然有较多的街巷空间急需保护,希望能对相关类型的巷道空间的保护提供借鉴。

As the transition between Fuzhou traditional wooden frame architecture and modern architecture,there are many precious historical buildings Distributed in Yantai Mountain,Fuzhou City.Take Yantai Mountain Lequn Road as research object,by using the theory of spatial syntax, through two indicators of connection value and integration degree, the paper makes qualitative analysis on the current situation, the open gate of fence and the complete opening of fence, through relevant data and field research, the following conclusions are drawn: Yantai Mountain has poor spatial accessibility, but it is easy to shape the space;The buildings on both sides of Lequn Road are protected,renewed and activated by different ways of infiltration. There are still many roadway spaces in Yantai Mountain which need to be protected urgently. It is hoped that the protection of the related types of roadway space can be used for reference.
