城市地区传统村落价值分析与保护利用研究——以深圳黄麻布村为例

Value Analysis and Conservation and Utilization of Traditional Villages in Urban Areas——A Case Study of Huang Mabu Village in Shenzhen

黄麻布传统村落,是深圳清代传统村落的重要样板,同时面临着深圳城镇化进程的挑战。本文基于风貌梳理、价值挖掘、策略提出的研究线索对黄麻布村展开研究,归纳村落的风貌特征、价值内涵和现状问题,探索村落风貌修复和活力提升的策略。以黄麻布村为例,寻求传统村落保护更新与城市发展进程的最佳契合点,为城市地区传统村落的可持续发展提供借鉴与参考。

Huang Mabu is an important model of Shenzhen’s traditional villages in Qing Dynasty. At the same time, it is facing the challenge of urbanization in Shenzhen. Based on the research clue of style combing, value mining and strategy proposing, this paper studies Huang Mabu Village, and summarizes its features, value connotation and current situation, and explores the strategies of style restoration and vitality promotion of village. Taking Huang Mabu Village as an example, this paper seeks the best fit point between the renewal of traditional villages and the process of urban development, and provides reference for the sustainable development of traditional vilages in urban areas.
